CUN, Cancun International Airport

Fantastic service. We had a short international connection in Brussels and then had a delayed incoming flight from Chicago, which left only about 40 minutes for the connection. SkyVIP had been tracking our flight and promptly responded to all of my communications. Jihen was assigned as the Greeter in Brussels. She was wonderful! She quickly met us and was ready for the extremely fast walk (a jog for me) to the next concourse and, somehow, got us on our flight to Madrid. It would have been a major inconvenience to miss that flight, with a train and transfers already booked. Thank you Jihen and SkyVIP!!

Worth every cent. We were met at the airplane and driven to a private lounge and then driven to the connecting plane. Passport control and security were a breeze. My husband needed a little extra help and this was exactly what he needed. Staff and service were A+++
